Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Communications Associate. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Strategic Communications, this role focuses on crafting engaging content, enhancing client communications, and supporting significant projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging content for diverse platforms, such as social media, thought leadership articles, and newsletters.
  • Review and refine communication materials to ensure precision and clarity.
  • Assist with administrative duties and scheduling for the Senior Director.
  • Track project progress utilizing specialized management tools.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and relevant materials.
  • Document detailed notes during calls and meetings.
  • Design presentation slides for both internal and client-facing meetings.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in communications.
  • Exceptional writing and editing capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and project management applications.
  • Familiarity with design software is advantageous.
