Our clientele includes various federal departments such as the Department of Defense (DOD), Department of Education (DoED), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and others focused on innovative technology development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of policies and regulations for mission-driven business programs related to emerging technologies and cybersecurity.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on administrative management activities, ensuring effective operations and documentation.
  • Support strategic communications, outreach, and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of emerging technology sectors to identify new engagement opportunities.
  • Formulate strategic engagement plans and implementation strategies.
  • Create outreach materials including press releases, social media content, and presentations in collaboration with the S&T Office of Industry Partnerships Communications Team.
  • Oversee event planning and execution for industry showcases and related activities.
  • Contribute to the development of multimedia content, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Manage various administrative tasks including data collection and reporting.
  • Offer recommendations for enhancing business operations.
  • Monitor and respond to communications as needed.
Qualifications
  • Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution, preferably in strategic communications or policy.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in providing financial subject matter expertise.
  • Clearance: Current DoD SECRET clearance with the capability to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET clearance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Information Management or Technology Management.
  • Experience with Other Transaction Agreements is highly desirable.
