KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure a safe and secure work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Evaluate the cleanup site to identify necessary resources, materials, and equipment as the first responder on site.
  • Oversee and guide work crews in executing operational tasks at various job sites.
  • Collect data for timesheets, work summaries, manifests, and photo logs as required.
  • Manage time, materials, and equipment effectively on-site, including procuring rental equipment when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Project Managers.
  • Prepare waste for transportation and delivery.
  • Ensure proper utilization of equipment and materials.
  • Act as a liaison with clients and regulatory bodies.
  • Respond to emergency incidents 24/7 as required while on standby.
  • Coordinate and prioritize resources in the area to enhance efficiency.
  • Other reasonable duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required.
  • A driving record that meets company standards and a current DMV printout are required.
  • 5 to 10 years of industry experience is preferred.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience is preferred.
  • 40-hour HAZWOPER certification is required (training available).
  • All candidates must successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including:
    • Physical examination, including drug and alcohol screening
    • Background check in accordance with local laws and regulations

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Frequent pushing and pulling.
  • Regular twisting and turning.
  • Ability to lift items overhead regularly.
  • Standing for 6-8 hours daily.
  • Crouching and stooping for extended periods.
  • Frequent typing and data entry.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly.
  • Working in various environmental temperatures and weather conditions.

Compensation: $30 - $40 per hour

The compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including the candidate's qualifications, work experience, competencies, and skills, and may fall outside of the range shown.
