Job Overview

Compensation: $31.23 Based on Experience + Quarterly Bonus*

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely navigates a Waste Refuse vehicle to designated locations, including potential interstate travel for client deliveries.
  • Keeps precise records of travel routes and mileage.
  • Operates company vehicles for the delivery and collection of parts.
  • Conducts inspections and performs basic maintenance on vehicles; coordinates with supervisors for any required repairs.
  • Ensures a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and utilizing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as necessary.
  • Immediately reports any unsafe conditions or actions to a supervisor.
  • Practices 5S methodology in the workspace, ensuring tools are returned to their designated places and the area is kept clean.
  • Completes additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Required Qualifications:

  • Clean DOT driving record, with the ability to pass MVR and DOT physical/background checks.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Possession of a valid Commercial Driver License (CDL).
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing job requirements.
