Role Overview:

The Regional Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring that our branch operations are safe, compliant, efficient, and environmentally responsible. This position provides direct support to the National Operations Manager and collaborates with various teams to uphold safety standards, regulatory compliance, and operational profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of operational policies, procedures, and systems across the region.
  • Enhance existing policies and develop new safety standards and operational methods.
  • Work closely with Regional Managers to facilitate logistics and operational recommendations.
  • Advise on the maintenance and enhancement of facilities in collaboration with branch management.
  • Conduct site visits to assess operational practices and recommend necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other regulatory requirements through routine audits.
  • Facilitate training programs and ensure proper documentation of training activities.
  • Participate in the recruitment process for Field Services roles to ensure timely staffing.

Qualifications:

  • A college degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5 to 7 years of demonstrated leadership experience in Hazardous Waste Field Services or Sales within the industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales operations, warehousing, accounting, personnel management, and emergency response protocols.
  • Familiarity with applicable local, state, and federal regulations affecting operations.
  • Knowledge of cGMP requirements as they relate to facility operations.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is competitive and based on experience, education, and qualifications. In addition to salary, this role is eligible for incentive pay. Our benefits package includes health, vision, and dental coverage, along with 401k matching and paid time off.
