Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lines CSR to join our team at Career Personnel Services. This exciting opportunity offers a hybrid schedule with two weeks in-office and two weeks remote.
The ideal candidate will possess strong account management skills, including billing, policy changes, and coverage questions. Additionally, they will provide coverage analysis and risk management recommendations, complete applications, prepare submissions, negotiate coverage and pricing, and prepare proposals.
Maintenance of proper communication levels and building effective relationships with clients and companies is essential for success in this role. The successful candidate will also be responsible for resolving applicable accounting discrepancies, assisting with policy-checking, and staying up-to-date on rates, forms, and coverage changes.
To be considered for this position, candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in applicable insurance products/lines and risk management techniques. A Property & Casualty License is required, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Based on industry standards and market conditions, the estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
