Job Description

This is a hybrid role with significant growth opportunities and the chance to develop a new territory as your own business. You will be responsible for expanding our presence in the designated region by identifying and developing new opportunities for our products.

You will oversee and nurture relationships with current clients to drive growth, handle key client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships, and provide regular updates on sales activities to leadership. This includes travel logs, expense summaries, CRM updates, competitive intelligence, and market trends.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing client requirements and recommending suitable product solutions, contributing to evaluating market size and growth potential, enhancing visibility of our products and company within the market, and increasing successful sales conversions.

You will also share sales performance data with management to support future sales planning, assess the necessity of participation in local trade shows, and monitor the status of ongoing project quotes and maintain CRM updates.

A minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience in the process equipment industry is required, with proven sales records in selling process equipment. Experience in selling steel or aluminum is ideal.
