We are excited to present an opportunity for a dedicated IT Help Desk Technician to become a vital member of our skilled team. The Support Center Technicians play a crucial role in identifying and resolving software and hardware challenges or inquiries related to our franchisees' utilization of proprietary and third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to PCs and operating systems, ensuring effective solutions are provided.
  • Utilize networking knowledge to assist in resolving connectivity problems and Point-of-Sale hardware issues.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities while maintaining a detail-oriented approach.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide exceptional customer service to franchisees.
  • Manage multiple cases and projects efficiently, showcasing strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

  • 2 – 4 years of experience in computer-related support or education, with A+ and/or Network+ certification preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, displaying professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis.

The IT Help Desk Technician position is based at our Plymouth, Minnesota location. The annual salary range is $45,000 - $50,000, depending on qualifications, along with a discretionary profit-sharing plan and an attractive benefits package.
