Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Assist franchisees in understanding and utilizing our systems effectively.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while interacting with franchisees.
Essential Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in computer support or relevant education, with A+ and/or Network+ certification being advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of personal computers and operating systems, along with troubleshooting skills and networking experience. Familiarity with Point-of-Sale systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented individuals with excellent problem-solving abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills are preferred.
- Proven customer service experience, showcasing professionalism, tact, and diplomacy.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
