**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Paramount Unified School District. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new revenue streams and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell Television Time and Digital Media: Sell television time and digital media for our various platforms, including Pluto and Paramount +.
  • Generate Revenue with New Accounts: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue growth.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with our clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sell Across Multiple Markets: Sell across 14 CBS Television Stations group-owned and operated markets.
  • Achieve Sales Goals: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Research and Cultivate New Business: Research and identify new business opportunities to cultivate and grow our client base.
  • Develop Sales Tools: Develop sales tools and strategies to effectively present and position our television station during the sales process.
  • Handle Paperwork: Ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Media Experience: Experience in the media industry is preferred.
  • Sales and Communication Skills: Excellent sales and communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate leadership and team values.
  • Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in computer software and systems is required.
