Job Title: Human Resources Manager

This is a hybrid HR manager and Trainer role. It will be 70% HR duties and 30% training duties. This is subject to change depending on pressing items. This position reports to the Sr. Human Resources Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the human resource effort to ensure all HR policies, processes, and regulations are communicated and implemented effectively, and adhered to consistently.
  • Responsible for staffing, onboarding, and retaining top talent.
  • Assist in maintaining job descriptions and review periodically to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Process all new hires in HRIS and perform new hire orientation.
  • Conduct exit interviews and share trends with Leadership.

Requirements:

  • 4 to 6 years in human resource management role.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead training sessions on a variety of topics, ability to manage a group, and flexibility to adjust to the learning speed of groups.
