Hairstylist/Colorist

At Fantastic Sams Cut & Color Litchfield Park, we are seeking a skilled Hairstylist/Colorist to join our team. As a key member of our salon, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and providing top-notch hair color and styling services.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Goal setting and proven guest experience system to achieve goals in color %, average ticket, and production-per-hour
• Ability to educate guests on services and products that solve their personal hair concerns
• Understanding of technology, such as salon scheduling software, tablets, and credit card machines
• Ability to post and manage social media as recommended by FS Brand Standards
• Confidence in speaking to guests about salon events, promotions, and encouraging future appointments/retail products
• Ability to call guests who have not visited recently and invite them back
• Support and help to a guest or team member when necessary
• Leverage educational opportunities and apply them accordingly
• Flexibility, self-motivation, and energy, with a positive attitude

Requirements:

• Valid Arizona Cosmetology license
• Flexible availability (weekends and evenings)
