Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively generate new business by identifying opportunities and employing value-based selling techniques.
  • Collaborate with various company resources to leverage expertise for specific sales scenarios.
  • Develop compelling business cases for new product offerings and contribute to product and corporate strategy formulation.
  • Deliver presentations to purchasing teams, engineers, and management at targeted accounts, representing the company professionally.
  • Oversee key accounts in the designated territory and achieve sales targets.
  • Coordinate with representatives in the territory to ensure success at named accounts, utilizing channel partners as necessary.
  • Provide customer support by addressing technical and commercial inquiries.
  • Offer market insights to the company regarding competitive dynamics and new product concepts.
  • Maintain an accurate CRM database with customer and channel information related to sales opportunities, design integrations, and production status.
  • Prepare precise business forecasts for capacity planning and resource allocation.
  • Involve company resources, engineers, and management in account engagements as needed.
  • Timely completion of all expense reports and assigned projects.
  • Lead additional projects as directed by management or as business needs evolve.

Qualifications:
  • At least 10 years of experience in semiconductor sales.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • Strong familiarity with circuits and semiconductor engineering terminology relevant to our products.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive, collaborative, and enthusiastic demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA Degree.
  • A strong curiosity and eagerness to learn about new technologies.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working independently.
