Job Title: Regional Services Sales Lead

Job Summary:
The Regional Services Sales Lead plays a crucial role in identifying and leveraging business opportunities within a specified region, covering diverse market segments and distribution channels.

Job Purpose:
This position is essential for developing and enhancing robust cybersecurity strategies within organizations. It involves a comprehensive approach to client engagement, which includes creating customized programs, providing direct consultation on cybersecurity requirements, and offering extensive support throughout the sales lifecycle.

A key responsibility of this role is to manage large-scale service engagements, which entails defining project scopes, establishing objectives, and facilitating high-level discussions with executive stakeholders, while also prioritizing detailed reporting and the generation of new service revenues.

Goals and Objectives:
- Support the growth and maintenance of a strong customer base for the Enterprise business unit, focusing on both new and existing clients.
- Develop and implement Account Plans for targeted clients to establish, nurture, and expand relationships.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Finance and Marketing, to ensure customer satisfaction and value creation.
- Engage with the Client Vendor Ecosystem to enhance ESET's market positioning, including partnerships with resellers for legacy customers.
- Work alongside Global System Integrators to devise and execute joint account plans for named clients and collaborative opportunities in the designated market.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Play a pivotal role in securing significant advisory service contracts, engaging with executive-level stakeholders across various industries.
- Proactively assess and improve cybersecurity and incident response frameworks to enhance organizational security measures.
- Develop innovative scenarios that challenge and enhance clients' response capabilities.
- Provide expert advice on cloud security strategies and the implementation of technical safeguards.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses during technical assessments to inform and support security strategies.
- Generate and deliver high-quality written and verbal reports, presentations, recommendations, and findings to client management.
- Stay informed about emerging trends in cybersecurity, integrating insights from both governmental and private sector perspectives.
- Present technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience or a comparable role in the software/technology sector, with a preference for experience in cybersecurity or SecOps.
- At least 7 years of experience promoting enterprise technology, particularly in SaaS and innovative cybersecurity solutions.
- A solid understanding of cloud security programs and the implementation of technical controls to secure cloud deployments.
- Experience in developing, managing, and executing security programs that help organizations enhance their cybersecurity posture.
- Familiarity with a range of information security and IT issues, including both technical and operational cybersecurity aspects.

Other Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and respond to inquiries effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and self-sufficient, with a proven ability to build strong relationships.

Preferred Certification:
- CISSP, CompTIA Network+, Security+

Job Fit:
- Must reside within a major city in the defined sales territory.
- Availability for travel approximately 30% within the designated sales area.
