In this pivotal position, you will play a significant role in sustaining and expanding our business for long-term achievements. A key responsibility is the proficient use of our CRM system (SFDC) to effectively manage sales activities and customer engagements, which is essential for reaching both personal and company targets.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the sales strategy within your designated region and monitor sales performance closely.
- Utilize SFDC actively to track and document leads, opportunities, and all customer interactions, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze SFDC data for your assigned accounts to uncover trends, generate insights, and evaluate sales performance.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing sales team to meet business goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the implementation of our Integrated Solutions sales strategy, including lead generation, strategic assessment, and the sales cycle.
- Foster new relationships and expand existing customer accounts by consistently proposing tailored solutions.
- Provide pre-sales technical support to empower the sales team in their efforts.
- Deliver comprehensive presentations and product demonstrations to clients and sales personnel.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders within the organization, acting as a communication bridge between key clients and internal teams.
- Prepare and present regular reports on progress and forecasts to both internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Identify opportunities to enhance market coverage as needed.
- Offer insights to customer support to resolve client issues related to our products and services.
- Represent the company at industry events and gatherings.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the Life Sciences sector.
- At least 1 year of relevant industry experience in Life Sciences.
- Proficient in SFDC and other CRM tools.
- Strong software skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and financial tools.
- Ability to analyze and make informed sales recommendations.
- Effective presentation skills for technical information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships across all organizational levels.
- Negotiation, organizational, problem-solving, and influencing capabilities.

Compensation for this role includes a competitive base salary along with performance-based bonuses.
