The Regional Services Lead will engage with clients through tailored service programs, direct consultations regarding cybersecurity requirements, and ongoing support throughout the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the growth and retention of a robust customer base within the Enterprise business unit.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans for targeted clients to foster and expand relationships.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Finance and Marketing, to ensure customer satisfaction and value creation.
- Enhance ESET's positioning through collaboration with client vendor ecosystems.
- Partner with global system integrators to create and execute joint account strategies for designated clients.
- Conduct various business activities as directed by management.
- Engage in additional projects and tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.
Core Duties:
- Secure significant advisory service contracts by interacting with executive stakeholders across diverse industries.
- Proactively assess and improve cybersecurity and incident response frameworks to bolster organizational security.
- Design innovative scenarios to enhance clients' response capabilities.
- Provide expert advice on cloud security strategies and the implementation of technical safeguards.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses during technical assessments to support security strategies.
- Identify security misconfigurations in cloud platforms such as Azure, M365, AWS, or GCP.
- Generate and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and recommendations to client management.
- Understand tactics used by threat actors targeting major cloud platforms.
- Apply standards and best practices to cloud infrastructure.
- Monitor emerging trends in cybersecurity from both governmental and private sector perspectives.
- Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales experience or a similar role in the technology sector, preferably in cybersecurity.
- 7+ years of experience promoting enterprise technology, particularly in SaaS and cybersecurity innovations.
- Experience in developing and implementing cloud security programs and technical controls.
- Contribute to the management and execution of security programs to enhance organizational security strategies.
- Experience addressing a range of cybersecurity and IT challenges.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and present it effectively to senior management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of common misconfigurations exploited by attackers and how to mitigate these risks.
- Experience in developing cybersecurity policies and plans.
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders to establish actionable cybersecurity priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred certifications include CISSP, CompTIA Network+, Security+.
Job Requirements:
- Must reside within a major city in the designated sales territory.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% within the sales territory.
