About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Bonterra. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within the mid-market segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct thorough research to understand the business needs and challenges of prospective clients, deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services, and customize presentations to address the specific requirements and pain points of each prospect.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within mid-market organizations, understand prospective clients' business objectives and challenges, and position our software as a solution to their needs.
  • Sales Cycle Management, Forecasting, Reporting: Manage the entire sales cycle, from discovery to contract negotiation and closing, provide accurate sales forecasts and reports regularly, and utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within software industry and/or within Non-Profit sector.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and a consultative selling approach.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
