Job Overview

Steed Global is seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team. As a vital part of our organization, you will play a key role in attracting, retaining, and developing talent, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees on a variety of HR matters, including policies, procedures, benefits, and employee relations issues.
  • Performance Management: Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate employee development opportunities.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate employee records, including payroll, benefits, and performance evaluations.
  • HR Projects: Participate in special projects related to HR initiatives, such as implementing new HR systems or programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
