As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing multi-state human resources policies and procedures that include staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and health and safety programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage staffing, compensation, benefits, and employee relations programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and implement performance management and organizational change initiatives to drive business results.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support business growth and development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Management, or equivalent experience/education.
  • At least 4 years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-state organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

  • A competitive salary range of $87,000 - $100,000 per year.
