Event Sales Coordinator

Overview
The Event Sales Coordinator will collaborate closely with the General Manager and other departmental leaders to drive the organization's revenue and market share objectives. This role involves nurturing existing client relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities through effective sales strategies across various market segments, ensuring exceptional service delivery for all clients.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate proactive outreach through solicitation calls, conduct site tours, and host client meetings. Maintain an organized database of client accounts using approved software, overseeing the sales pipeline. Analyze and assess market trends across all segments, leveraging benchmarking tools and intelligence resources. Identify and evaluate potential clients through participation in telemarketing, trade shows, sales blitzes, and other promotional activities. Enhance the effectiveness of all sales initiatives by diligently following up on leads and engaging with clients to uncover additional business opportunities. Contribute to and engage in dynamic digital and social media marketing efforts. Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients, industry partners, and internal teams. Acquire comprehensive operational knowledge and collaborate with departments such as Food and Beverage, Front Desk, and Housekeeping to ensure seamless communication for successful events and guest experiences. Participate in and lead sales strategy planning sessions, BEO meetings, daily business reviews, and revenue management discussions. Set and submit annual SMART development goals and actionable marketplace plans. Oversee, mentor, and motivate team members within the department.Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred. A minimum of two years of relevant experience in sales and events, demonstrating skills in cold calling, contract negotiation, site inspections, and closing deals. A valid driver's license is required. Proficient communication skills in grammatically correct English, both written and verbal. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities; excellent organizational and presentation skills are essential. Capability to lift and/or carry items weighing up to 40lbs.About Cadia Healthcare
