We are seeking a seasoned sales executive to join our team at Venture Talent Consulting. As an Account Executive, Public Sector, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the federal and SLED markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share and drive revenue growth in the federal and SLED markets.
  • Partner with the Public Sector Practice leader to develop and maintain strategic alliances with partners, vendors, and outsourced resources.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including IT managed services, structured cabling, audio-visual, access control, IP camera systems, DAS, and Wi-Fi solutions.
  • Represent Vision Technologies and other OEM-integrated technology products and services in all customer interactions and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the Capture Management and Proposal team to develop competitive solicitations, lead and contribute to technical development, pricing, and written narratives.
  • Manage handoff and kickoff meetings with the internal delivery team.
  • Partner with OEM's to collect market research on upcoming technology trends and maintain an understanding of existing and prospective account base needs and gaps.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of selling integrated technology solutions, including structured cabling, audio-visual, access control, IP camera systems, DAS, and Wi-Fi solutions, in the federal and SLED markets.
  • Ability to generate meetings with C-Level decision-makers and deliver year-over-year growth in number of customers and annual revenues.
  • College degree or equivalent relevant past-experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance preferred.
