Job Overview

Genetec is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead the development and execution of vertical-market campaigns in the public sector. As a Segment Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with the North American sales and marketing teams to drive awareness and demand for Genetec solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and deploy targeted marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate high-quality leads in the public sector
  • Liaise with corporate industry and product marketing teams to translate vertical market insights into compelling regional narratives
  • Lead demand generation efforts through multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns
  • Manage campaign launches, establish timelines, and track campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Enhance brand awareness through regional public relations resources and spokespeople
  • Optimize public sector events program through research, management, and evaluation
Requirements
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a B2B marketing role
  • Proven track record as a marketing generalist with experience in traditional and modern tactics
  • Strong affinity for data-driven decision-making and developing integrated multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience in creating marketing strategy and translating into actionable programs
  • Exceptional prioritization skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments
