Regional Sales Manager – Public Sector

Are you a seasoned sales professional looking for a challenging opportunity to leverage your expertise in the public sector software market? Do you have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with customers? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at TimeClock Plus as a Regional Sales Manager – Public Sector.

About the Role:

  • Direct total sales efforts to public sector organizations to achieve established goals and objectives for revenue, gross margins, and product mix.
  • Prospect new business opportunities, qualify customers, and identify business needs and requirements.
  • Coordinate personalized business plans, prepare and deliver professional in-person or web presentations, and successfully negotiate contracts between customers and TimeClock Plus personnel.
  • Travel to customer presentations, attend tradeshows and user groups in assigned markets, and participate in company meetings and marketing events.

About the Candidate:

  • At least 5 years of experience in conceptual and strategic selling of software products, preferably in the workforce management marketplace.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and time-management skills to ensure all sales goals and project timelines are met and customer relationships are established and maintained.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred, but equivalent sales experience will be considered.
