Job Title: National Account Manager

Outdoor Cap Company, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading strategy, development, and sales execution for key retail customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key retail customers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of retail sales or merchandising experience
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Intermediate level computer experience in Microsoft Office products
