Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain relationships with key retail customers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- 8+ years of retail sales or merchandising experience
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Intermediate level computer experience in Microsoft Office products
