National Sales Director

Talis Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled National Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, strengthening existing customer relationships, and increasing market share in the private label food and beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business leads to grow the customer base and develop new relationships with key accounts.
- Account Management: Manage all aspects of account operations, including pricing, promotional communications, and order processing, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture strategic relationships with key accounts, driving sales growth and market share expansion.
- Product Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop custom products and special projects for clients, ensuring quality and satisfaction.
- Trade Show Representation: Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and customer meetings to foster and maintain key relationships.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven sales expertise in private-label food and beverage industry, with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in new business development and managing high-profile accounts.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence key decision-makers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SAP experience is a plus.
- Leadership: Collaborative and personable approach, with excellent business acumen and leadership skills.
