Key Responsibilities:

Atlassian is on the lookout for a Paid Social Manager to enhance our growth through effective paid social strategies. You will excel in a fast-paced setting, adept at managing multiple tasks, and committed to achieving high standards. Your data-driven mindset will be crucial in informing strategic decisions.

As a pivotal member of the paid performance team, you will leverage paid social media tactics to attract new users to Atlassian's offerings. Your role as a hands-on specialist will involve close collaboration with the team to manage and scale our paid social initiatives. You should be a proactive individual with a comprehensive understanding of paid social campaigns, including bid strategy optimization, audience targeting, analytics, and testing.

  • Expertise in campaign management, measurement, optimization, and reporting.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in executing paid social media campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on audience segmentation and analytics.
  • Proficient in all major paid social media platforms, with experience in B2B paid social media being advantageous.
  • Strong analytical capabilities for manipulating data sets, including proficiency in tools like pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Accountable for the performance and optimization of our paid social campaigns, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • Ability to analyze extensive data sets and produce insightful reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with tracking methodologies, including UTM creation and DCM click tracking.
  • Responsible for initiating, executing, and evaluating all paid social media experiments.
  • Conduct in-depth reporting on various metrics, including bids, audience segments, and creative performance.
  • Collaborate with the broader Paid Performance Marketing Team to implement comprehensive user acquisition strategies.
  • Experience working alongside Marketing Analytics, Product Marketing, and Creative teams.
  • Capable of thriving in both team-oriented and independent work environments.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality results and enhancing team performance.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for the industry and a commitment to excellence, contributing to the evolution of Online Marketing at Atlassian.

Compensation Overview:

At Atlassian, we are committed to creating equitable and competitive compensation structures. Our baseline compensation is designed to exceed typical market ranges, with the expectation that most candidates will be hired near this baseline. In the United States, our compensation ranges for this role vary by geographic zone:

Zone A: $115,000 - $153,400

Zone B: $103,500 - $138,000

Zone C: $95,500 - $127,300

This position may also offer additional benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity opportunities.
