Job Overview

Position Summary: As a Social Media Advertising Manager, you will be at the forefront of growth marketing, taking full ownership of the campaigns you manage and serving as the primary liaison with brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, utilizing strategic insights, long-term planning, and tailored creative content.
  • Establish quarterly targets and objectives while consistently achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Evaluate and enhance media expenditures based on client requirements, emphasizing data-driven strategies.
  • Foster robust partnerships and independently lead client meetings on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis; demonstrate advanced communication skills, including the ability to synthesize insights, engage the appropriate audience, facilitate discussions, navigate challenging conversations, and adapt to the mood of the room.
  • Compile reports that highlight advertising performance and provide insights for ongoing and future initiatives.
  • Stay informed about emerging strategies, advertising platforms, conversion optimization techniques, industry developments, client challenges, and competitive analysis; share valuable intelligence with the team and agency.
  • Assist with new business evaluations, presentations, and proposals as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Paid Social media buying, particularly in the eCommerce sector.
  • Proven track record in managing Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok advertising campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Attentive, or Postscript.
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing and how various media channels integrate within a campaign.
  • Ability to craft compelling narratives based on data-driven insights.
  • Proficient in analyzing raw data to derive insights that inform client strategies.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for assisting clients and enhancing brand visibility.
  • Exceptional writing and communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented problem solver with a commitment to executing tasks flawlessly.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
