Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with social marketing professionals to craft and execute top-tier strategies and creative content.
  • Establish a comprehensive vision and strategy for Figma's social media presence, including prioritization and innovative content development.
  • Champion a unified approach to social ideation that spans various product lines and audience segments.
  • Oversee the complete strategy for significant social campaigns aimed at reaching new audiences.
  • Utilize an insights-driven methodology to identify and validate key observations that inform ongoing tactics and major campaigns.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to provide social insights that enhance marketing initiatives and inspire new concepts.
  • Deliver compelling presentations that communicate ideas and strategies effectively to stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively to develop and implement engaging content across all social platforms.
  • Foster community engagement on priority social channels to support sustainable growth.
  • Build relationships with platforms and partners to enhance our strategic capabilities.
