Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Kimpton Sylvan Hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring the smooth operation of daily HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, preparing reports, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with the administration of company benefits programs, including enrolling employees, answering questions, and troubleshooting problems.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Assist with the recruitment and hiring process, including scheduling interviews, processing related paperwork, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Employee Relations: Assist with employee relations events and recognition, including the Associate of the Month program and Associate Anniversary Awards program.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures, including monitoring and updating job requisitions, communicating hotel job openings, and coordinating pre-selection activities.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: Hotel experience preferred.
  • Skills: Knowledge of hotel operations, leadership skills, written communication skills, ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines.
