Key Responsibilities:- Administer and execute human resource programs across the employee lifecycle, including compensation, benefits, and leave; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Support the People department and stakeholders in various People areas, including People information system administration, onboarding/offboarding administration, contract management, probation management, employee support, and project delivery.
- Perform routine tasks, handle new employee onboarding, prepare employee separation notices, and conduct exit interviews.
- Provide HR support and answer frequently asked questions via email or live requests from employees relative to standard policies.
- Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Three years of relevant experience in a busy, HR administrative role or similar.
- Experience working with BambooHR and/or ADP is desirable but not essential.
- Proficiency in the use of computer systems, particularly MS Office Suite.
- Intermediate to Advanced competence in MS Excel, including the use of formulas and formatting.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of processing confidential information.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work on own initiative and manage work time effectively.
- Competitive base salary of $45,000 - $50,000.
