Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
  • Maintain precise HR documentation and employee records, adhering to established HR policies and legal requirements.
  • Oversee employee benefits administration, including enrollment, modifications, and terminations.
  • Support performance management initiatives, including evaluations and professional development strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, ideally in a specialized capacity.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, policies, and labor laws.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous.
