Job Summary

The Human Resources Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department at Power Partners. This role is responsible for contributing to the team's success by providing timely and accurate administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and handling benefits administration.
  • HRIS Management: Manage the HRIS system, including data entry, reporting, and system maintenance.
  • Employee Communication: Communicate with employees regarding HR-related matters, including benefits, payroll, and company policies.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment efforts, including coordinating interviews, processing new hire paperwork, and maintaining candidate tracking databases.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Assist with ad hoc HR projects, including coordinating HR-sponsored events, maintaining confidentiality, and performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a human resources setting.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to learn HRIS systems.
  • Certifications: None required.
Working Conditions

This role is located onsite in Athens, GA. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment and may be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
