Position Summary:
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator.


The HR Coordinator will manage daily HR operations and serve as the primary contact for employees, assisting with HR administrative tasks, employee records, personnel documentation, internal communications, and onboarding processes.

Compensation - starting at $55,000

Schedule: 8am-5pm

Flexible options for Part-Time or Full-Time roles are available.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the Human Resources information system, ensuring accurate data entry and generating reports for management.
  • Manage personnel transitions including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and separations.
  • Provide administrative support and assist with special projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with management to coordinate events, including scheduling meetings and arranging catering.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a human resources role.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in data entry and familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
