Key Responsibilities:- Research and analyze relevant categories, changing consumer behaviors, and media industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Develop and deliver compelling stories around the relevant categories, including trends and insights to facilitate the development of client-centric strategies and category-level solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Operationalize, organize, and project manage day-to-day activities of the Category Strategy team and relevant categories.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in advertising/media, consumer insights, and business.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Competitive salary range: $85,000 - $120,000 + sales incentive commission.
- Hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
