Job Description:
We seek a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of B2B dynamics, and a commitment to helping businesses enhance their communication infrastructure through AT&T's premier services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential business clients through various channels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate AT&T solutions.
• Work with the sales team to create and implement effective strategies that drive business growth and meet sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to position AT&T services strategically.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding process and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable source of transportation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
