Territory Account Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Territory Account Representative to join our team at OneBlood. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing blood donor recruitment programs, managing blood collection processes, and developing effective business relationships with donor drive chairpersons and internal clients.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. You will be responsible for seeking out prospective blood drive opportunities, determining the appropriate marketing and promotional materials needed to achieve established goals, and managing blood drive scheduling to optimize business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Execute blood donor recruitment programs to meet goals for assigned territory
- Develop and maintain effective professional business relationships with donor drive chairpersons and internal clients
- Seek out prospective blood drive opportunities with new and existing customers
- Determine the appropriate marketing and promotional materials and programs needed to achieve established goals working within budget
- Manage blood drive scheduling to optimize business needs
- Represent OneBlood at community involvement events
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience. Prior sales and customer service experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clear driving record. Must be able to use own vehicle.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Ability to deliver compelling and persuasive presentations to small and large groups of business contacts
- Ability to quickly establish rapport with new business contacts and the general public
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to work weekends and evenings to attend blood drives
