Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding hospitality to guests, colleagues, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Expertly present and demonstrate our products, highlighting various brewing techniques and coffee varieties.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Fellow's product offerings, facilitating the brewing of exceptional coffee through continuous learning via in-house tastings and training sessions.
  • Regularly sample coffee from our partner roasters to ensure quality and refine your tasting skills.
  • Foster a sense of community within the store by sharing your coffee knowledge and enthusiasm with guests and colleagues.
  • Assist team efforts in achieving sales objectives.
  • Encourage a safe and respectful workplace environment.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-oriented retail position.
  • A genuine passion for coffee and the industry; proficiency in crafting excellent coffee is advantageous.
  • Reliable, punctual, and consistently high-performing.
  • Detail-oriented and attentive to customer needs.
  • Willingness to learn, embrace new challenges, and maintain a proactive attitude.
  • Eligibility to work in the US and must be 18 years or older.
  • Basic proficiency in math and computer skills.
  • Flexible availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Salary Range: $22-23 per hour
