Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Coffee Specialist to join our Starbucks Coffee Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently prepare high-quality beverages and food items in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
  • Follow operational policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by attentively responding to customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to learn quickly, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Capability to comprehend and execute oral and written instructions, seeking clarification when necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • Previous experience as a Coffee Specialist and in cash handling is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
  • Stand for up to 8 hours daily.
  • Walk for up to 8 hours daily.
  • Reach for up to 4 hours daily.
