Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding hospitality to customers, colleagues, vendors, and suppliers.
- Expertly present and demonstrate our product offerings, highlighting various brewing techniques and coffee varieties.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Fellow's product lineup, assisting in the brewing of exceptional coffee through ongoing education via in-house tastings and training sessions.
- Regularly sample coffee from our partner roasters to ensure quality and refine your palate.
- Foster a sense of community within the store by sharing your coffee knowledge and enthusiasm with customers and colleagues.
- Assist team efforts in achieving sales objectives.
- Promote a safe and respectful work environment.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-oriented retail position.
- A genuine passion for coffee and the industry; proficiency in crafting high-quality coffee is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and consistently high-performing.
- Detail-oriented and attentive to customer needs.
- Willingness to learn, embrace new challenges, and maintain a proactive attitude.
- Eligibility to work in the US and must be 18 years or older.
- Basic proficiency in math and computer skills.
- Flexible availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Salary Range: $22-23 per hour
