YOUR ROLE

As a Coffee Specialist, you will engage in a variety of tasks throughout your shift, including crafting beverages, preparing food items, managing the register, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Essential abilities include:
  • Operating various machines and equipment
  • Maintaining visual acuity for safety and accuracy
  • Remaining stationary for extended periods
  • Engaging in standing, walking, stooping, and kneeling
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds intermittently and lifting lighter items repetitively
  • Effective communication through spoken word

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The estimated starting hourly wage for this position ranges from $20.00 to $21.00, with additional earnings from a tip pool averaging $5.00 per hour.
