Compensation: Competitive pay plus tips.
Flexible Scheduling: We offer a flexible work schedule, requiring our team members to commit to a minimum of 25 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Barista Duties:
- Provide exceptional service with a friendly demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist with store setup, cleanup, inventory management, and special projects.
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment for both guests and team members.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in retail or fast-paced food service/hospitality is preferred.
- Experience in a coffee shop setting is a plus.
- Drive-thru experience is advantageous.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the store.
- Availability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week, including weekends and holidays, which are peak times for our business.
