- Troubleshooting: Conduct on-site troubleshooting and repairs, along with providing remote technical support through various communication channels.
- Regional Collaboration: Work closely with the regional team to develop and implement a technical support strategy that aligns with our growth objectives.
- Performance Metrics: Contribute to regional success by monitoring and influencing key performance indicators.
