ROLE SUMMARY:

The Site Supervisor plays a pivotal role in managing the daily cleaning operations and quality assurance programs for a designated account, actively engaging in fieldwork. This position is crucial for ensuring the effective execution of CCS operations for our partners.

WORKING HOURS:

Sunday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Overseeing, organizing, and coordinating work activities by assigning tasks, prioritizing duties, and guiding subordinate staff.
  • Assessing and validating employee performance through the evaluation of completed tasks and methodologies.
  • Continuously monitoring cleaning operations to ensure timely and accurate completion of all activities.
  • Ensuring staff training is completed, technical skills are utilized, safety protocols are followed, and partner expectations are met.
  • Leading assigned job scopes to ensure efficiency, high productivity, and adherence to best practices at the site.
  • Meeting project deliverables aligned with project objectives, quality standards, and company priorities.
  • Employing project management tools and principles to facilitate successful project outcomes.
  • Conducting regular inspections to ensure adequate crew coverage, assigning additional tasks as necessary, and ensuring compliance with directives.
  • Managing resources effectively to enhance team performance and exceed partner expectations.
  • Identifying and resolving project-related issues.
  • Recognizing technical, procedural, and equipment challenges that affect cleaning performance and communicating these to support personnel and management.
  • Recommending performance metrics for cleaning services that serve as reliable indicators of service quality and overall efficiency.
  • Identifying errors and implementing corrective and preventive measures.
  • Adhering to Good Documentation Practices.
  • Complying with Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Reviewing and suggesting modifications to cGMP documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensuring adequate inventory of CCS job site supplies.
  • Facilitating the completion of required training and cross-training for CCS personnel.
  • Occasionally representing the company in client interactions.
  • Ensuring accurate timekeeping and compliance with labor laws.
  • Performing inventory checks, reporting, and related tasks as assigned.
  • Executing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Ability to operate floor scrubbing and carpet care equipment (training provided if necessary).
  • Ability to perform payroll functions for the location (training provided if necessary).
  • Exhibiting strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Demonstrating excellent documentation skills and adherence to all regulations.
  • Exhibiting conflict resolution skills while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Maintaining composure and rationality under pressure.
  • Adhering to all company policies and conduct standards, embracing the culture of CCS.
  • Exhibiting a high level of attention to detail and effective time management skills.
  • Proficiency in cleaning chemical components and safety protocols.
QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • GED preferred but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in facilities management, production, manufacturing, janitorial services, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience required.
