Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our Food Services Team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules and production plans to ensure efficient food production and service.
  • Direct daily activities and supervise staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary food production environment, adhering to health and safety codes and regulations.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
  • Supervise and evaluate employees, providing coaching and guidance to promote employee growth and development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or Manager.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, food service, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food service management or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
