Position Summary:

The Facility Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily cleaning operations and quality assurance programs for designated customer accounts or locations. This role entails managing, defining, coordinating, and facilitating projects to ensure the success of assigned accounts and regional operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, plan, and coordinate cleaning operations for customers.
  • Continuously monitor operations to ensure timely and accurate completion of all tasks.
  • Develop staff through training, technical skill enhancement, safety protocols, and performance management.
  • Organize and lead initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and productivity while implementing best practices in business management.
  • Identify and address operational issues effectively.
  • Recognize technical, procedural, and equipment challenges that may impede cleaning performance and communicate with support personnel and management as necessary.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices where applicable.
  • Maintain minimum inventory levels of standard stock materials.
  • Represent the company in client meetings.
  • Ensure accurate timekeeping and compliance with labor laws.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience in facilities management, production, manufacturing, janitorial services, hospitality, or a related field (5+ years of experience may substitute for a degree).
  • Experience in managing an hourly workforce.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent documentation abilities, ensuring adherence to all regulations.
  • Proven problem-solving and issue resolution capabilities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to policy adherence and the organizational culture of CCS.
  • High attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle.
  • Physical activities include standing, walking, lifting, climbing, talking, and hearing.
  • Manual dexterity for handling and feeling objects, as well as reaching with hands and arms.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Vision Requirements:

  • Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less) and color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors).
  • Depth perception and the ability to judge distances and spatial relationships.
  • Ability to adjust focus to bring objects into sharp clarity.
