GENERAL OVERVIEW

The Quality Assurance Inspector will collaborate closely with the Quality and Operations Teams to facilitate the swift growth of manufacturing processes at React Health Holdings, LLC.

Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating products and materials throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with product specifications.

Your daily tasks will encompass, but are not limited to, the verification of materials in production and the measurement of components against their designated physical specifications.

REQUIREMENTS

This role necessitates a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, along with at least 2 years of experience in a technical role adhering to good manufacturing practices.

A general understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) is essential.
Basic proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), is required.
Strong communication and technical writing abilities are crucial.
A dependable work ethic with a keen attention to detail is expected.
General mechanical aptitude is advantageous.
Capability to utilize measurement instruments and fixtures such as height gauges, calipers, microscopes, gauge blocks, and optical comparators is necessary.

Preferred Education
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
A two-year technical degree is considered a plus.

Preferred Experience
Experience in a medical device or GMP/ISO environment is preferred.

Physical Requirements
Normal visual acuity and hearing are required.

Typically, employees work in a seated position, with occasional standing, walking, bending, and carrying of materials, along with extensive periods of computer usage to achieve work objectives.

Employees are required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a keyboard.

Some tasks (less than 10%) may involve moving and lifting materials (additional skills may be necessary to perform specific tasks related to the work location, department, or line of business).

Working Environment
This position primarily operates in an office setting.
This is an onsite role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Each Employee consistently demonstrates the following essential functions:
Conduct verification of sub-assemblies, labeling, and acceptance of finished products for production materials.
Perform dimensional and visual inspections of precision mechanical and electronic components for production and R&D as required.
Utilize appropriate measurement tools for assigned tasks.
Generate clear and accurate inspection records for production and R&D.
Participate in departmental meetings, seminars, and training sessions to maintain and develop certifications.
Exhibit professional competence in the workplace.
Attend departmental meetings and training sessions as required to maintain the necessary level of professional competence.
Ensure compliance with all departmental guidelines.
Attend all meetings, in-service training, or continuing education as directed by the supervisor.
Engage in customer-focused interactions.
Perform all duties as necessary for the department in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.

Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor within the scope of practice and departmental responsibilities.
