  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and production standards to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and ordering to ensure optimal profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and programs.

  • 2-3 years of experience in a related position, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • 2-3 years of post-high school education or equivalent experience, preferably in culinary arts or a related field.
  • Culinary degree preferred, but not required.
  • Advanced knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
