Job Summary

Oak View Group is seeking a highly skilled Banquet Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing exceptional food experiences for our clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute menus for banquets and private events, ensuring high-quality food and exceptional presentation.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas and culinary concepts.
  • Lead a team of culinary staff to ensure seamless execution of events and high-quality food service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, guests, and team members to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume catering or banquet environment.
  • Culinary training or degree preferred.
  • Health and sanitation certification.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
