Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Chef to join our team at Oak View Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing exceptional dining experiences for our clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute menu development, food preparation, and presentation for banquets and private events
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other culinary team members to ensure seamless event execution
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation
  • Develop and implement creative solutions to meet the needs of our clients and guests
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume catering or event operations environment
  • Culinary training or degree preferred
  • Health and sanitation certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Working Conditions

This role requires standing, walking, and exposure to temperature changes, dust, fumes, or gases. The ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 pounds is also required.
