Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Supply Chain Import team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Assist with scheduling, coordinating, and communicating with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Perform various tasks, such as preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications.
